Life is Hard.
There is Hope.
Do you ever wonder why certain things happen?
If the hard stuff from the past has a purpose?
No matter where you are on your life journey, we believe it is exactly where you are supposed to be. It doesn't mean you have to like it but accepting where you are at in this moment in time can help you move towards making positive changes in your life.
We believe God allows us to go through difficult seasons. Painful at times for sure, but out of those experiences can come incredible growth and healing.
There is hope if you struggle with...

Hi, I'm Hannah
LICSW, CCTP
I am a firm believer in therapy, especially the kind built on trust and genuine human connection. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide care for individuals ages 15+ using an evidenced-based, holistic, client-centered approach grounded in the belief that people are not broken, and that hope and healing are always possible. My work is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience, allowing me to show up with empathy, authenticity, and a steady presence. I offer a supportive yet practical style, helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith and faith-based resources in therapy, while warmly welcoming and respecting all backgrounds and belief systems.
My clinical focus includes burnout among healthcare workers, maternal mental health, and perimenopause and menopause transitions. I also enjoy supporting high-functioning professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigating stress and performance pressure, as well as young adults and college students facing life transitions, academic stress, and career exploration. Additional areas of focus include athletes and performance mental health, grief and loss, body image and body dysmorphia, boundaries and people-pleasing, stress management and lifestyle balance, and caregiver stress related to those tending to the needs of their aging parents.
With 16 years of experience as a registered nurse, primarily in hospice care, I bring a strong and deeply rooted clinical foundation to my work with individuals and families facing chronic illness, end-of-life, and profound grief. My years at the bedside have shaped not only my clinical skillset, but also a deep respect for human resilience in the most vulnerable moments of life. This experience has fueled a strong commitment to supporting medical professionals who are carrying the weight of burnout, moral distress, and compassion fatigue. I believe deeply that even in seasons of depletion, restoration is possible, along with renewed meaning, clarity, and connection to purpose in both life and work.
Outside of work, I enjoy country life on our farm in rural Minnesota, time with my family, Golden Retrievers, and a good cup of coffee.
